We run our own breeder farms, hatchery and growing farms, so no third party comes between the feed and the fork. That unbroken chain of custody is how we trace every bird and hold the same standard at every stage.

Protected before day one

European Petersime incubators hold temperature, humidity and air exactly where they should be. In-ovo vaccination then delivers a precise dose inside each egg, so chicks hatch with early immunity.

Automatic scalding, vent cutting and evisceration keep human contact to a minimum and yield high. The line runs at 4,000 birds an hour today and is engineered to reach 10,000.

Cold from the line to the truck

GEA Grasso V reciprocating compressors run our chilling, freezing and cold stores. An on-site rendering plant turns all processing by-products into protein-rich meal and tallow.
