Our own feed, formulated by nutritionists
Sampoorna Feeds makes the feed our flocks eat, in its own automated mills. Diets are formulated by expert nutritionists and checked against field performance.

Petersime incubation and in-ovo vaccination
European Petersime incubators hold temperature, humidity and air to exact settings. Vaccines are delivered inside each egg, so chicks hatch with early immunity.

Environmentally controlled and antibiotic-free
Birds grow in environmentally controlled (EC) houses that automate climate and ventilation. Rearing is antibiotic-free, with daily checks by veterinarians.

Slaughter and evisceration run on fully automatic Marel equipment, which keeps hands off the product. GEA Grasso refrigeration handles chilling, freezing and cold storage.
